GETTING TO THE CONFERENCE
Registration will take place at the Opening Reception on May 10, 7:30-9:30 pm and in the foyer outside BA102 on May 11, 8:30-10:30 am. The registration fee is waived for all confirmed presenters. All conference delegates will receive a name badge and a full conference booklet, which includes speaker biographies and abstracts as well as dining and transportation information.
ACCESS AND ACCESSIBILITY

Washrooms: Barrier-free women’s and men’s washrooms are located on the ground floor of Bricker Academic Building and adjacent to Veritas Café. Gender-neutral washrooms are located in the Science Research Building, which is connected to Bricker Academic Building on its east side.
Wireless Internet: Conference delegates can access Laurier’s wireless internet network through Eduroam. Please contact Paul Tortolo email@example.com if you do not have Eduroam. Login information will be provided to you.
BA102 is equipped with a desktop PC, including an integrated DVD/Blu-ray player, and a Christie projector and screen. We encourage you to bring your presentation on a USB stick and email it to yourself as a backup. If you plan to play a Blu-ray, we encourage you to bring a DVD copy as well.
We encourage you to use the computer provided in the room. If you would like to use your own computer, there are VGA and HDMI connections available. Mac users should bring their own adapters.
